Intercom runs a startup program that discounts the helpdesk heavily for three years. If you have already applied and been approved, tell the advisor which year you are in and it will price you on the program instead of list rates.

Every Full seat already includes 10 Copilot conversations per month at no extra cost. Only add the seat below if your agents will run past that.
